Our story

Built by compliance experts

Founded at the end of 2021 by Alexandre Mardirossian, a former compliance executive who identified deep gaps in the compliance solutions market. Existing tools were filled with hurdles, useless bureaucracy, inefficiencies and unnecessary complexities.

Based in Limassol, Cyprus, Auditiams set out to build something different: a neo-compliance hub that can be tailored to meet the needs of your Compliance Program across different subjects of compliance including Regulatory and AML.

Initially a call monitoring solution for financial services firms, Auditiams has expanded to become a tool available for Banks, Entertainment, Insurance & Law firms.

From idea to impact

December 2021

The spark

Alexandre Mardirossian, after years as a compliance executive, identifies critical gaps in compliance technology. The vision for Auditiams is born with three founding principles: No copying, Invent only, Make life easy.

2022

AUDCOM launches

The first platform goes live as a communications monitoring solution for financial services firms. Six core compliance tools under one roof — from marketing monitoring to live AML checks.

2023

Expansion & new platforms

AUDEDU brings customisable compliance education. AUDSER launches as the first all-in-one service hub for licensing, legal opinions, and PSP searches. The ecosystem grows.

2024

Entertainment meets compliance

AUDENT bridges the entertainment and financial worlds with dedicated products for the entertainment industry and its talents. Auditiams becomes a true multi-sector compliance hub.

2025 — Present

Community & innovation

Launch of the Auditiams Telegram community for compliance professionals. Introduction of automated reporting tools. Continuing to push the boundaries of what compliance technology can do.
